- Unopened Products: We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. The items must be in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased through unauthorized retailers or third parties.
- Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package and ship the item to the address provided.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for non-defective products.
- Muha Meds Responsibility: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for your convenience.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the return process outlined above.
6. Refund Timeline
